Estimates
You have the right to choose the shop that repairs your vehicle whether you are working with an insurance company or private individual. At Mickey’s Collision we can provide a computerized estimate, take photos and help with your claim process.
- Insurance Work: If you are working with an insurance company, you must notify them before repairs are begun. You are not required to take your vehicle to them; an insurance adjuster can inspect the damage at the shop of your choice.
- Self Pay Work: Estimates for customers paying for their own repairs are thoughtfully approached so that a quality repair can be achieved at a reasonable cost.
Claim Assistance
If your vehicle is not drivable, we will help arrange for towing to our shop. Our customer service experts will make it as convenient as possible for you. We can also reserve a rental car, have them pick you up at our shop, or give you a ride to their close by office. If you need a ride back to your house…just ask. We will also help contact your insurance company and arrange for them to inspect your vehicle at our shop. We will keep you updated as your vehicle progresses through the repair process.
Body Shop
Our certified technicians are trained and qualified to use state of the art equipment to restore your vehicle to pre- accident condition. Our body shop is equipped with every piece of equipment needed to measure, pull, align and accurately repair your vehicle. Body work is a practiced art as well as precision work. The care and pride our technicians take with your vehicle results in workmanship we guarantee “as long as you own the car”.
Paint Shop
After an accident, Mickey’s Collision is committed to restoring the standards of performance, quality and appearance of your vehicle’s paint finish as well. We are proud to use the PPG Waterborne refinishing system. PPG is #1 in approval worldwide with 35 vehicle manufacturer recommendations. That list includes: Acura, Audi, BMW, Chrysler, Ford, GM, Honda, Hyundai, Infiniti, Kia, Land Rover, Lexus, Mazda, Mercedes-Benz, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Porsche, Saab, Subaru, Toyota, Volkswagen and Volvo. The car industry expects vehicle refinishing systems to meet high standards. Having worked closely with OEMs in their transition to waterborne at vehicle assembly plants, PPG scientists understood early on that the refinish industry would have to move away from solvent-based paints. That’s why the majority of manufacturers have officially approved PPG’s premium refinishing products for warranty refinish work.
Mickey’s Collision has also gone green by using PPG’s waterborne paint. Not only does PPG’s waterborne paint help improve the environment, but is also good for our employees, too. We encourage you to read a few case studies of collision centers similar to ours.
